Your trust matters. Kiteframe is committed to protecting your privacy, your data, and your agency.

This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we keep it separate.

1. What We Collect

a. Registration & Payment

When you sign up or purchase an assessment, we collect:

Your name (if you provide it)
Email address
Payment information (processed securely via Stripe or PayPal)

This information is used solely to fulfill your purchase, send access links, and provide support.

b. Assessment Responses

When you take the quiz, we record your responses to generate your report. These are not linked to your identifying information unless you explicitly request it.

If you are a client of a therapist or coach, you will not be prompted for your name, email, or any other identifying detail.

2. How We Use Your Data

To deliver your results or follow up on technical issues
To improve the clarity and accuracy of the assessment tool (in anonymized form)
For research or analysis only if you opt in

We do not sell your data. Ever.

3. Data Separation & Storage

We store:

Contact and payment info in a secure, private system (separate from quiz answers)
Assessment results in a separate system, keyed only to a ticket ID or pseudonymous link

Professional clients (therapists, coaches) can see only the quiz output—not who you are.

4. Opt-In for Research

Occasionally, we may invite you to allow your (anonymized) data to be used in future studies or publications. This will always be optional and clearly explained at the time.

5. Cookies & Analytics

We use minimal, privacy-respecting analytics to understand site usage. No tracking cookies, third-party ads, or behavioral profiling.

6. Your Rights

You can:

Request deletion of your quiz data
Request a copy of your stored assessment
Opt out of any future communication

If you are located in the EU or UK, you have specific rights under the GDPR and UK GDPR, including the right to access, correct, restrict, or delete your personal data. We honor these requests for all users, regardless of location.

7. 👩‍⚕️ Practitioner Responsibilities

If you are using this tool with clients, you are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with local laws and ethical guidelines, including any relevant consent and disclosure rules. Kiteframe does not collect identifying data from your clients unless they opt to share it directly.
